Activities & wellbeing during COVID-19

With the early morning sunrise and late evening sunset, and as lockdown restrictions begin to ease, there’s no better time to get outdoors and enjoy the fresh air whilst staying alert and safe. Whether you’re resting in your garden or going out for a walk, the outdoors is a lovely change of scenery from your everyday lifestyle.

Our outdoor sporting activities are a great way to break up your day whilst enjoying the many benefits of exercise. Research has also shown that Vitamin D from the sun can help improve and promote your overall wellbeing.

It has been great to see the local community playing tennis and enjoying the opportunity of playing for Free in the short term. Being able to play lawn bowls by booking a rink for 1hr and bringing your own woods has also been welcomed by the public and members of local bowling clubs.

From the 4th of July, we are now able to officially re-open Par 3 Golf and our Adventure Golf Courses ‘Wildforest Falls & Buccaneer Bay’. We have put safety measures in place for both our staff and visitors following Government advice, so please ensure you adhere to these so that you and others can enjoy a game!

Full details of all sporting activities and safety guidelines are available on our dedicated Covid-19 page – click here for more information.

Stay alert, stay safe, and keep to the 2m social distancing guidelines when enjoying your outside space. We look forward to welcoming you!
